Welcome to FX-MoneyPrint EA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products and services, including the FX-MoneyPrint Expert Advisor (“EA”), the Promotional Pricing, Affiliate Program, and Sponsorship System. By purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Definitions
  • “Company,” “we,” “us”: FX-MoneyPrint
  • “User,” “you,” “Member”: any person who registers for, purchases, or uses FX-MoneyPrint products or services
  • “EA”: the FX-MoneyPrint Expert Advisor software for automated trading on MT4/MT5
  • “Standard Price”: €749 per month
  • “Promotional Price”: €250 per month (subject to eligibility)
  • “RadexMarkets”: our recommended regulated broker
  • “Prop-Firm Partners”: proprietary trading firms with which we have formal partnerships
  • “Affiliate Program”: our 3-Tier referral system
  • “Sponsorship System”: program by which existing Members mentor and sponsor new Members
  1. Promotional Pricing Eligibility

To qualify for the Promotional Price of €250 per month (instead of the Standard Price of €749):

  1. Opening a Trading Account
    • Personal Account: You must open a personal trading account with RadexMarkets by clicking through the referral link on our website.
    • Prop-Firm Account: Or you must open a funded prop-firm account with one of our Prop-Firm Partners, also via the links provided on our website.
  2. Affiliate Enrollment
    • During or after account opening, you must register for our Affiliate Program  by entering your chosen affiliate code or confirming your desire to enroll.

Once these conditions are met and verified, the €250 monthly rate is unlocked for as long as your subscription remains active.

  1. Affiliate Program

Our 3-Tier Affiliate Program rewards you for referring new Members. FX-MoneyPrint pays a total of 40% from each monthly subscription of members , back into community through our 3 Tier Affiliate Program:

  • Tier-1: Earn 20% of each direct referral’s first month subscription fee.
  • Tier-2: Earn 10% of each subscription fee paid by Members referred by your Tier-1 referrals.
  • Tier-3: Earn 10% on subscription fees paid by Members referred by your Tier-2 referrals.

Commissions are paid out monthly, provided the referred Member’s subscription remains active for at least 30 days. Terms and payment schedules are detailed in your Affiliate Dashboard.

  1. Sponsorship System

Members who wish to take a more active role can join our Sponsorship System and become sponsor for new members. This meens that the sponsor will pay for the new member subscription plan for the FX-MoneyPrintEA and optional for acquisition of Prop Firms trading account if is the case :

  • The Sponsor can and should enter into a verbal or written agreement with the sponsored person regarding the share of profits from trading that will be made by the sponsored person , as the Sponsor take all the financiar risk . We recommand up to 50%-50% share of profits from trading.
  • The new sponsored person will also be assign automatically as direct affiliate/sponsored person – tier 1 for the sponsor in his dashboard.
  • Sponsor Provide mentoring and support to help theyr sponsored Affiliates succeed.
  • Sponsor is entitled to interrupt the sponsorship agreement and report the sponsored person for failure to comply with the verbal or written  agreement. In this case the sponsored person will be banned permanently and will not be able to use our platform and service anymore.
  1. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly, auto-renewing on the date of initial purchase.
  • Payment Methods: Credit card via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Member Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@fx-moneyprint.com within 30 days of your first payment.
  1. Account Verification & Compliance

We reserve the right to verify your account-opening with RadexMarkets or Prop-Firm Partners. Failure to complete verification may result in reversion to Standard Pricing or suspension of Affiliate commissions.

  1. Trading Risks

Trading in financial markets involves inherent risks. Fx-Moneyprint EA does not guarantee profits or protect against losses. You should carefully consider your investment goals and risk tolerance before using our services.

  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Fx-Moneyprint EA, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, and trademarks, are owned by Fx-Moneyprint and are protected by applicable laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Fx-Moneyprint EA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Fx-Moneyprint  platform.

  1. Modifications to Terms

FX-MoneyPrint may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or via a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
